MJM International Corporation entrusted us with the design of their new 4,808-square-foot commercial facility, creating a space tailored to the company’s operations while providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. The project incorporates private and open office areas, employee gathering and break spaces, accessible restrooms, and dedicated areas for product display.

Our design approach focused on creating a functional, open, and professional working environment. The exterior is defined by warm earth tones, contrasting dark accents, large windows, and a prominent entry element that gives the building a clear identity and presence. Inside, we incorporated high ceilings, abundant natural light, suspended linear lighting, and durable finishes to reinforce the openness of the facility. Special attention was paid to circulation, accessibility, lighting, and flexibility, resulting in a practical commercial space designed around the everyday needs of MJM International Corporation.
