Rio Bank entrusted us with the task of designing their new banking facility while still allowing the existing branch to remain operational during construction. For the first phase our goal was to create a modern and welcoming home for the bank that establishes a strong presence in the community while providing a comfortable and professional environment for customers and employees.

 

The building combines clean forms, large windows, warm brick, and a prominent entrance to create a recognizable identity. The brickwork draws inspiration from architecture seen in Monterrey and other parts of Mexico, using varied placement to add texture and depth to the exterior. Together, these elements give the building a modern character while establishing the architectural direction for the future expansion of the project.
