The Shores is an exclusive seaside resort community on South Padre Island. SGA was approached by luxury homebuilder Erik Roy to craft a seaside cottage that captures the essence of island life. By working within a strict design code, SGA brought Mr. Roy's vision to life. The Cottage is a three-bedroom/two-bath single story home that serves as the perfect beach getaway.
